Delivery and returns

Delivery

Every order is prepared by hand in our workshop near Grenoble, then shipped with La Poste.

The exact shipping cost is shown before you confirm your order. The free-delivery threshold is calculated on the amount of the products before any promo code is applied. Shipping is charged on a separate “Delivery” line and is subject to the same VAT as the products. We do not deliver to Russia or Belarus. Prices include 20% VAT for France (including Monaco) and the European Union; orders shipped outside the European Union, including to the French overseas departments and territories, are export sales, invoiced without French VAT. Customs duties, import taxes or local taxes may be charged on delivery outside the European Union; they are payable by the recipient.

Digital booklets

Digital booklets (PDF) are not shipped and have no delivery cost. After payment, a download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to you by e-mail with your invoice. The link is valid for 30 days.

Because a digital booklet is supplied immediately, you must expressly agree to immediate delivery before paying and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

For physical goods, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. Just let us know in writing at matt@trackscreations.fr, for example using the form below (you can also write your own message).

Then send the items back, complete and in their original condition, no later than 14 days after informing us. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We refund the price of the items and the original delivery costs no later than 14 days after your request; we may wait until we have received the items, or proof that you have sent them back, before refunding. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order.

Damaged or faulty item

If an item arrives broken or does not work, email us at matt@trackscreations.fr with a photo: we will replace or refund it. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale (in French).

Withdrawal form
